Network and Coalition Building
GEOS is tapping its network of environmental experts and advocates to develop this supportive network and disseminate accurate information about wind power and other non-polluting technologies.
GEOS Global, LLC is working with neighbors and town officials in Fenner, NY to organize and create the Fenner Renewable Energy Education Center (FREE). FREE has grown from an informal group of friends and neighbors of the Fenner Wind Farm to a more formal organization with the aim of creating a tourist destination and educational resource for Central NY which will highlight the Fenner wind facility, wind power in general, and other emerging renewable energy technologies.
